My classes are usually small, from 4-6 students, and take place in Brooklyn, NY. You will be painting after the first hour. You are shown 5 full and 5 partial faces, then practice these faces after each demo. After each face painting, you will be given time to critique your own work. My teaching style is relaxed and noncompetitive. Students are given close individual attention and encouragement. I will show you how it is possible to relax and learn the basic art of face painting with brush and sponge. At the end of the class, you will have learned the very basics, but always remember, it is up to you to practice and apply the methods you’ve learned in the workshop. Individual classes can also be arranged. Materials will be provided during class. |

Special Note: In the past, I have hosted Olivier Zegers, Master Face Painter, Beginning and Advanced Face Painting Classes in Brooklyn. These classes are small and span 2-3 days. If you are interested in attending his amazing classes, it can be arranged. Classes are usually limited to 8 students. For more information about Olivier Zegers, visit his web site: www.faceination.com. |
